About the event
Purpose: To create a collaborative, one-day choral experience for directors to join together as singers under the leadership of colleagues who present and conduct selected, curated work(s).
Why Participate: To re-experience the joy of singing in a choir again. To experience other Choral Directors in action as they rehearse and observe/understand their techniques. To network.
What Makes This Workshop Unique?
You’ll be the choir as five accomplished NJ conductors each lead a one-hour rehearsal block: Their repertoire will include one Old Chestnut and one selection of their choice. They’ll bring copies of their music for you to use. No need to purchase music.
