Daniel Malloy

Dan Malloy received his Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from The College of New Jersey and his Master of Music Education degree from Florida State University. He is the Choir Director at Newton High School where he directs three levels of curricular choir as well as a chamber choir and an a cappella group. He also music directs the spring musical, teaches AP Music Theory, and has recently established a music technology program. Since 2021 Dan has worked with the New Jersey Youth Chorus where he directs Coro Vivo, a choir for unchanged-voice boys in grades 3-8, and Camerata, a tenor-bass ensemble for changed-voice boys in grades 7-12. In 2024 he conducted the Region 1 HS Treble Chorus.
